Pet Friendly Homes in Boca Raton: Here We Go Again

Here We Go Again

Here we go again.  It seems I can't get away from it and nor do I want to.

I was standing on a street in Valencia Cove in Boynton Beach FL with buyers who had just had their offer accepted on a house.

A man came walking down the street, and the buyer stopped him.  It was the usual, how do you like the neighborhood, where do you live, etc.

This gentleman was very accommodating and patiently answered the buyer's questions.  As he was about to leave, I noticed he was wearing a baseball hat from New York City.  Being from New York, my first question is always where are you from.

To which this gentleman replied:  Yes, I know her and her husband Lee.  We still have a piece of her artwork in our home.   Please tell her.

Now I ask again:  What are the odds of standing on a street in Boynton Beach  and meeting someone who knows Margaret Rome?  Apparently, they're pretty good because it's happened to me before.  And I won a contest for it My 3 Firsts - All Roads Lead to Real Estate.

Morning Elyse.

It is a small world isn't it?  I have a book written by her.  She actually signed it for me.

Great story, Elyse. I heard something similar from friends yesterday who just moved to Connecticut. Truly there are only six degrees of separation.

What a great story Elyse.  It may be a small world, but it also seems you are meant to run into people who know people you know!

Elyse Berman, PA, CRS And I left a message for our friend...will let you know when I hear back.

We call Baltimore "Smalltimore"

Seems everyone knows someone from here.   We had a fun conversation yesterday about this. This person was my husband's podiatrist and a friend we used to walk with at the track 30 years ago. And...they own a piece of my art work.

Keep running into people, keep calling me and keep on blogging. I love it!!!

How fun was that? It is a small world. We were in Mexico at a resort and met my husband's cousin he hadn't seen in 40 years. Love when that happens.
