Home prices in Boynton Beach, FL  were up in October.

Prices of closed sales on single family homes in Boynton Beach
showed a slight increase along with price per square foot.  Houses.  Houses sold for close to asking price, while condos, villas and townhomes showed a higher increase this month.     


Below  is a snapshot for how the market did in October  for  home prices in Boynton Beach FL.

In October 2017 the average list price for single family homes in Boynton Beach FL was $ 363,275, up slightly from last month.  The list price per square foot was $ 173, also up slightly from the prior month.


In October 2017, the average sold price for single family homes in Boynton Beach was $ 347,323 with an average sale price per square foot of $ 167.  Average days on market was 80.  Prices inched up slightly on closed homes as well as price per square foot this month, with homes closing for an average of .97% of list price.  In other words, houses are selling for pretty close to asking price.


In October 2017, the average list price for condos, villas and townhouses in Boynton Beach FL was $ 190,269.  The list proce  per square foot for condos, villas and townhouses in Boynton Beach was $ 135.  Both list price and price per square foot show an increase this month over the prior month.


In October 2017 the aveage sold price for condos, villas and townhouses in Boynton Beach was $ 180,939 with an average price per square foot of $ 128.  Average days on market was 91.  Prices indicate an increase over last month in both closed sales and price per square foot.   Condos, villas and townhouses sold for an average of .95% of asking price.
