Prices of closed sales in Boynton Beach Florida decreased in January 2017  on single family homes, as well as condos, villas and townhomes.  Below  is a snapshot for how the market did in January for  home prices in Boynton Beach FL

In January 2017, the average sold price for single family homes in Boynton Beach was $ 327,171 with an average price per square foot of $ 161.  This shows a decrease in the price of closed homes with a slight decrease in price per square foot.

 

In January 2017, the average list price for condos, villas and townhouses in Boynton Beach FL was $ 168,231. The price per square foot for condos villas and townhouses in Boynton Beach was $ 128.   There was a slight decrease over the prior month.

In January 2017, the average sold price for condos, villas and townhouses in Boynton Beach was $ 162,294 with an average price per square foot of $ 124.  Prices dipped slightly over last month as well as price per square foot.
