Highland Beach Florida Real Estate Market Report - April 2012

The Highland Beach Real Estate Market continues to show that when homes are priced right, they sell. In my opinion, we remain in a price-driven market. There were 25 closed sales in Highland Beach this month, 2 more than last month. Prices show an increase across the board in closed sales of attached units. There was one single family home sold and the price was up this month. There is a good supply of condos and homes available at this time with some at prices not seen in many years.
The chart below is based on information taken from the Multiple Listing Service and sold by various MLS participants. It does not include private sales. It is deemed accurate but not guaranteed or warranted. Here is the breakdown.

Elyse, nice job presenting the market stats at Highland Beach. This community seems to have a much higher median sale price than some of the other nearby towns you have done market reports on, or were those sales heavily concentrated with ocean front units?
I think that Highland Beach should have a little doggie fountain at their municipal building parking lot for the furry babies thirsty after long walks. ^_~ (there appears to be an adult and child drinking station)
