In my opinion, the Delray Beach Real Estate Market continues to show that when homes are priced right, they sell. There was a decrease in total number of closed sales in Delray Beach overall this month over last month. Closed sales show a slight decrease in price in attached housing (condos, villas and townhomes) while they show an increase in price in detached housing (single family homes) this month over last.
