Looking for Great Organic Food in Delray Beach - DIG - Delray Beach FL
If you're looking for great organic food in Delray Beach, look no futher than DIG. Located west off Military Trail and Atlantic Avenue, Dig is a restaurant not to be missed. I was there recently with old clients and new friends. You can read about The Perfect Condo, The Perfect Buyer & A Dog Named Shadow here.
The food was delicious! Kathleen and I each had the salmon cake with sauteed veggies. It was a special that day and fabulous! Joy had the quiche. It also looked great!
DIG stands for Doing It Green. They have a small garden outside where they grow some herbs and veggies. Look at those collards! They were so beautiful they looked like floral arrangements. The service was attentive, friendly and helpful. This, along with great food, makes for a winning combo, in my opinion.
Before lunch I stopped to see Shadow. He is now happily spending the winters in south Florida going to the beach, riding the waves and enjoying life. Although he refused to pose for a photo (he was too excited thinking he was going out) here he is looking very handsome.
Joy and Kathleen have fallen in love with Delray Beach. They have found it to be an easy way to spend the winters with much to offer in the way of recreational activities, relaxation and beautiful weather. I agree!
