This is a gated community. They have a Recreation Site with a Clubhouse, fitness center with state-of-the-art fitness exercise equipment, meeting room with catering kitchen, bathroom facilities and covered patio. At the north end of the community is the new Hagan Road Elementary School which opened in the last couple of years. This school is a big draw with high marks.
Just down the road going south at Hagan Ranch and Flavor Pict Roads is the new Shopping Whitworth Farms Plaza which houses Publix, Sal's and other stores for your convenience. If you head north on Hagan Ranch, you will hit the Super Target on one corner and the Flakowitz Shopping Center on the other. Everyone in Boynton knows Flakowitz - it's the best deli in town!
Greystone is close to shopping, restaurants, schools, houses of worship, the turnpike and I-95 for travel. It is also close to hospitals and medical facilities. Located approximately 20 minutes to the beach, Greystone is centrally located for an all age gated community in Boynton Beach.
